It all started... You know...one of the most delightful people I've ever encountered in my life is Saundra King. When I was first getting into Real Estate, Chris Wolfe, an up and coming Mortgage broker made it into my office and decided that he was going to take on the challenge of working with myself and helping with my Real Estate Business. After a few deals together, I began to realize the importance of business professionalism and also the idea of teamwork. One day, Chris called me and was wondering if I'd like to go downtown to meet Saundra King...owner of the Old Security Bank Building. At the time, I was also prospecting and looking to grow my business. He told me what she was trying to accomplish with downtown Fresno and her vision of what would come over the next 5 years. I was completely amazed and blown away by the idea at the same time. I thought to myself...what an opportunity....the chance to help revitalize downtown Fresno, serving the community and also bringing back the life to a now desolate area. to be continued.... mw
