About Deni Royer, CRS, SRES: I truly enjoy having the opportunity to make buying or selling your home a happy and rewarding experience. A long list of repeat clients and customer referrals have been a blessing for my business! Born in Sacramento, Deni comes from a family that moved frequently because of her father's position with an international construction firm. (He eventually became Chairman of the Board.) Along the way, Deni managed to earn degrees in both education and sociology. She taught elementary school, organized a library for military dependents in Athens, Greece, and for a time she was the "Welcome Lady" at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. She has been an especially welcome addition to Modesto, California. Because once she finally settled here in 1979, Deni has literally immersed herself in the life of this community. Professionally, she has been extensively involved in the Building Association of Central California and Modesto's Association of Realtors. She has served on the Boards of both organizations, chairing numerous committees as well as an ongoing Code of Ethics panel. A president of the Sales and Marketing Council for the BIA, Deni was also elected as the BIA's "Associate of the Year" in 1991. Since joining Prudential California Realty, Deni has often been the top listing agent and top income producer for the firm. She has three times been chosen by her fellow agents as recipient of the annual Thomas Stone Award. That coveted honor is bestowed on REALTOR(R) associates who exemplify the highest ethical standards, while also recognizing their outstanding community service. Deni has also been voted the inspirational agent for her office.
