As a Real Estate Professional, I maintain a balance in working both with buyers as well as sellers. I cover the majority of the Grand Strand area from Little River down to Pawley's Island. My area of expertise is the Carolina Forest area, which is probably the fastest growing area of the beach! The majority of the buyers that I work with are from out-of-state. These out-of-state buyers are a mixture of people purchasing second homes, investment properties, or they are moving here permanently. They are finding out just how wonderful Myrtle Beach really is, and that they can purchase a home here for a lot less than what they could back home!! I also enjoy working with our local buyers and sellers!!
