Client Terms of Service
NO Refunds or credit card cancellations will be issued after orders are placed. Clients are responsible for the quality of images submitted and copy provided for the completion of Broadcasts and/or voice overs. Graphics created for broadcasts including "album cover" logos are to be used solely for the promotion of broadcasts. Clients submitting photos, data or media of any kind attest that they are the copyright holder of all submissions or have written authorization to use submitted items. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless company, it's employees, affiliates, assigns or contractors from any copyright infringement that occurs as a result of submitted items. Broadcasts may be built from publicly displayed MLS data and photos. Clients authorize MLBroadcast to access and use this information and data for the purpose of building and distributing Broadcasts. If you feel that any item displayed in an MLBroadcast violates your right to intellectual property, immediately contact MLBroadcast at or . If you do not purchase services at the end of any free trial service you agree to remove any and all videos, links, widgets or content created by the MLB system from any and all web sites or directories you may have submitted them to. MLBroadcast reserves the right to redirect all feeds, links and videos of inactive trial accounts. Credit card numbers are encrypted as a part of our ecommerce process and not viewed or stored by MLBroadcast.
